team structure

Bespoke client teams are built to suit each programme - for example a crisis management team will be made up primarily of senior consultants, whereas a news generation campaign will have a more classically structured team behind it, led by a director with at least ten years experience.  All consultants at The Media Foundry are members of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR).

budgeting

Transparent budgeting is critical to the success of any client relationship and we always ensure clients understand exactly how every penny of their budget is spent.  Clients are able at any time to see how their fee has been spent in a given month thanks to the strict time management processes we use, and clients have direct access to a financial controller as and when required.

reporting

We always encourage our clients to embrace regular reporting methods.  These include daily media coverage (via emailed pdf), weekly update emails (looking retrospectively and ahead to the next week's activity), weekly conference calls to agree the proposed work, monthly status meetings, and six monthly and annual reviews to ensure the overall plan is on-track (for retained clients).
